RC Refuel systems ensure zero overﬁll, zero tank pressure, and zero spillage during off-board refueling when the host vessel is underway. Rates of 1000 liters (265 gallons) per minute can be achieved with no increase in tank pressure.

Integrated refueling nozzles with high ﬂow rate capability with a proven safety record, all nozzles are of a “Dry Break” design, minimizes the risk of leaks and spills.
Electronic tank overﬁll protection and management system:
Allows high flow rate off-board refueling with integrated fail-safe functionality, remotely linked to the host vessel pump station.
Floating Fuel Dock
RC Dock design with patented lock and release system, allowing USV off-board refuel procedures when the host vessel is underway.
Break Away Valves:
Special designed to fracture when a speciﬁc amount of lateral stress is applied.
This means that should our RC fuel dock break-away during refueling, the valve assembly will separate into two dry break components. These dry break components will prevent fuel from spilling from either the delivery line, or the hose which is still connected to the dock.
Refueling of Unmanned Surface Vehicles (USV) at sea poses unique challenges for equipment design on both the USV and the host ship.
